Contraceptive Pill Reviews
We are trialling an online review service to see if we can reduce the need for you to take time from work to undergo a face to face review.
Women 18 years and older, who are currently taking a contraceptive pill, prescribed by Park Medical Centre who are happy with their current contraception and wish to continue taking it can request a repeat prescription via our online questionnaire.
These questions help us to identify those who may be at risk of complications therefore, it is essential for your own safety that you answer all of the questions accurately. It is your responsibility to ensure that the answers you give are honest and accurate.
In order to complete this questionnaire, you will require a current height, weight and blood pressure reading obtained within the last month. A blood pressure machine is available for you to use in the waiting room if needed.
If you are having any problems with your medication or would like to consider alternative contraception options, please book an appointment to speak to Nurse Lynsey or Sam, or your GP, who will be able to offer advice.
